This technique has gained its popularity all over the world because of its soft finish and amazing healed results. To create the Ombre Powder Eyebrows effect, a handheld machine is used to place tiny dots of pigment into the skin. In Gulf Coast Academy’s workshop, we aim to replace the need for any penciling. This technique is more suited to clients with naturally full brows, those who totally need to reshape their brow or improve symmetry, but ultimately for those who like a complete fuller eyebrow!
