Phlebotomy & Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Courses

This comprehensive hands-on training workshop explores the multiple cosmetic applications of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). The PRP course will go over all major areas that can be treated aesthetically as well as give you the tools to be successful immediately upon completion of the PRP program. Our instructor will ensure that each student understands and be proficient in the aesthetic uses of platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

We utilize our medical Micro-Needling procedure to infuse powerful growth factors into the skin. This stimulates a process of collagen production through the skin’s healing mechanism resulting in the reduction of fine lines to reveal a new luminous glow with tighter, more evenly balanced skin.

PRP has shown promise by potentially lengthening and thickening hair shafts.  It is a popular treatment to assist in slowing down the effects of genetic hair loss known as Androgenic Alopecia. A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient and placed in a sterile test tube that is spun down in a centrifuge to separate the different components of the blood. One the platelet rich plasma is ready. The platelet-rich plasma is drawn up into a syringe and then injected into areas of the scalp that need increased hair growth.

This Phlebotomy program will give you all the knowledge and skills you need to work as a Phlebotomist. We start you with the artificial training arms so that you can gain basic knowledge and comfort of properly working with the blood draw equipment and the blood draw procedure. This Phlebotomy course offers hands-on experiences in the classroom while being supervised by the instructor. We help you gain expertise in phlebotomy procedures (blood drawing), and specimen collection and processing. Once you have completed the class you will receive a certification of completion.
